Technical Support Manager
£30,000 - £35,000 & 25 Days Annual Leave, Pension, Bonus

A new role within the business after bringing support back in-house to HQ, for the purpose of quality over quantity. You will mentor and manage 12 members of your team, at the forefront of the company s image.

  • Overseeing global technical/application support
  • Ensuring SLA s are maintained by coordinating workload and motivating staff
  • Proposing new features to improve overall support

It will be your role to ensure fantastic customer service is maintained both internally and externally to clients. You will be able to communicate to your team effectively, promoting a strong team work ethic.

  • Technical experience from an application/software background
  • Coordinate both local and remote teams
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well as a member of a team
